Yesterday, My Lady and I had a chance to eat at UNUM’s in Nashua. My meal: Poterhouse Wedge, Sirloin Steak and Cherry Bread Pudding.

Overall: Great Meal
Appetizer: A wedge of Porterhouse Steak, seared quickly. Leaving it almost blue in the middle. The cut was almost fork tender.

Entree: Medium Rare to Perfection.

Desert: Good, though I question the Strawberries on the side. The flavor was too strong to the subtly of the Cherry.

Drink: Vin d Crete Vilana Greece.
